Sara Carreira is one of the most high-profile young women in Portugal, born on 21 October 1999 in Dourdan, France.
Sara was breathing music since she was born. It was practically inevitable that she would follow this path in life. It was in this atmosphere that, still a child, she was already planning to realise her deepest desires.
At just 21 years old, Sara had already traced the journey she wanted to take and confidently faced her future in an artistic career. Over the years, she performed on Portugal’s biggest stage, the Altice Arena, and the most iconic venue in France, the Olympia in Paris.
Sara Carreira is an artist of multiple talents. In 2020, she took part in SIC TV channel’s “A Máscara” and won over the hearts of the public as the unforgettable Panther. In the same year, the singer took a chance and committed herself to new directions: she created the brand “Éssê by Sara Carreira” and, once again, won the acclaim of all her admirers.
Sara Carreira started her solo journey in the music world with the song “Vou Ficar” in February 2019. “Para Não Chorar” was the second single by the artist, featuring Nuno Ribeiro. These songs formed part of her first EP, “Metade”, released on 22 November 2019. This EP was first in the FNAC sales chart in December of the same year. “Metade” includes songs like “Vou Ficar”, “Para Não Chorar” featuring Nuno Ribeiro, “Sentimento”, “As Nossas Conversas”, “Penso em nós”, “Já Tou High” featuring Rogg, “Gosto de ti” featuring David Carreira and “A Nossa Metade”.
